Love You Much – DCBD 111 Challenge

Just a quick post tonight.  I’ve been trying to find time all day to upload my DCBD Challenge card, but have been fighting a sinus headache all day.  Today’s challenge was to use this sketch.  I love sketch challenges…I find them much easier to do than color challenges for some reason.

This card uses the elements of the Love You Much Bundle…on sale 20% off thru the end of January only.  Of course, the Heart to Heart punch is my favorite and this is a cute stamp set!  I chose to paper piece the little birds…each in a different color Candy Lane designer paper.  I cut them out and layered them over the second stamped image and used my coluzzle to cut out the circle.  It is layered onto a third pattern in the Candy Lane Designer paper and the Close to Cocoa.

I wrapped Riding Hood Red striped ribbon around the Pink Pirouette cardstock and tied on the right.  I stamped Enjoy (from Enjoy Every Moment) with Close to Cocoa craft ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The same with Every Moment on Riding Hood Red, then punched with the Word Window Punch.  I used the Heart to Heart punch and placed one Riding Hood Red punch in the O of Enjoy and the other over the birds.  Then layered a smaller heart from the stripe Candy Lane paper again.  I thought it turned out cute and would make a nice anniversary card.

Well…I have a class coming in about 20 minutes.  Better finish up and get this posted!  Enjoy the other cards from the Bloggers’ Coffee Break Design Team!
