Bloggers’ Challenge – Think Spring

March 20, 2009 By Connie | 12 Comments

One of the things I think about Spring is Easter.  This cute little Easter Bunny is made from punches…isn’t he cute?

The box is the XL Box #2 Sizzix die I used in the Big Shot machine.  The paper is our awesome Sweet Slumber cardstock weight designer paper.  It is printed on both sides, so it is especially nice to use when making 3D items such as this box!  I added a little banner with the words Easter Wishes on it and tied a Baja Breeze stripe ribbon around the entire box to help keep it closed.  It would be fun to fill with chocolate Easter Eggs and have as a table favor at each place setting.

Sorry this is so short…I’m running out of time and still need to pack to go (I’m preposting this…)  Have a wonderful weekend!

Sets:  All Holidays
C/S:  Whisper White, Going Gray, Baja Breeze, Sweet Slumber DSP
Inks:  Basic Black
Other:  Sizzix Die Box #2, Striped Baja Breeze ribbon, Trio Flower punch, 1 3/8" and 1" circle punches, Small oval punch, Dimensionals

I love stamping cards, altering 3D items and making little favors. I've been stamping for over 20 years and will have my 19th year Stampin' Up! anniversary in early May. I love being part of something that sparks my creativity and hear people comment, "you MADE this?" I also enjoy sharing that passion with others in my classes! If you live anywhere in the Delaware, Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, Hilliard or surrounding Columbus, Ohio areas, join us! I love to meet new stamping friends. Email me for a current class schedule... I'm adding new classes all the time!
