Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme…this month it is “FLOWERS”, and we each create a simple card every Tuesday using that theme!

So, for this card, I used just the flowers from the Cup of Tea stamp set…along with a new punch called Decorative Circle. I think I’ll be using this circle a LOT!
CUP OF TEA

Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Polished Pink cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 2-1/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Abstract Beauty Designer Paper was added to the bottom of a 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 piece of Basic White cardstock.
- It was layered onto a 3-5/8 x 4-7/8 piece of Night of Navy cardstock.
- A 1/4 x 3-3/4 strip of Daffodil Delight covers the DSP seam. The layer was added to the base card.
- The Decorative Circle was punched from Daffodil Delight cardstock and adhered on front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The stems/leaves image was stamped with Shaded Spruce Ink on Basic White and the flowers with Polished Pink Ink. They were cut with the Teacup Dies and added to the Decorative Circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A double length of Linen Thread was tied in a bow and added to the base of the stems with a Mini Glue Dot.
- A couple Rhinestones were added to the center of the two larger flowers.
- Thank You from Cup of Tea was stamped with Shaded Spruce Ink in the upper left corner.

Such a sweet little card to send off, isn’t it? Check out what Mary did with this week’s Creatively Simple Flower Theme over on Create with Connie and Mary!
