Welcome to Create with Stamping Friends Creatively Simple Challenge!  Each month Debbie and I will pick a theme for our simple cards.  Our theme for December is Season’s Greetings!

LIGHT THE WAY

I have had this card done for a while…but haven’t posted it.  I love this greeting!  And, with the dies, making this card didn’t take much time at all!

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pretty Peacock cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
• A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic Beige cardstock is added on top.
• A 2-1/4 x 5 strip of Regals Distressed Patterns Specialty Designer Paper was added on the right side.
• The tag from Greetings of the Season was stamped with the greeting in Pretty Peacock Ink.  It was added to the front.
• The lantern and pinecones were stamped with Pecan Pie and colored with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
• The candle and bow were stamped with Real Red Ink and colored with Real Red Stampin’ Blends.
• The pine branches were stamped with Pretty Peacock Ink.
• The berry sprays were cut from Real Red cardstock with the Dies.
• All were cut with the Light the Way Dies and assembled on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
