Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Autumn Wishes”! I love all the colors of fall!
AMBER AUTUMN
Again, these acorns are all over my backyard right now and the squirrels are busy gathering them!
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Cajun Craze cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded to form the base card.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Very Vanilla is added on top.
- Two 3/4 x 4-1/2 strips of Gathering Together Designer Paper were added behind a 2-3/4 x 5-1/2 piece of leaf Gathering Together Designer Paper, then added to the front.
- A 3/4 x 4-1/2 strip Early Espresso cardstock was added in the center.
- The circle was cut from Very Vanilla cardstock the Stylish Circles Die and stamped with the greeting in Early Espresso Ink in the lower left side.
- The acorn cluster was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock (should have used Very Vanilla!) and colored with Cajun Craze, Darling Duckling, Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. It was cut with the dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Cajun Craze/Gold Dots were added to the background.
