Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge!  Each month Mary and I will pick a theme…this month it is “Sparkle”.  It’s the PERFECT theme for this month, don’t you think?  We’ll create a simple card every Tuesday in December using that theme!

LEAVES OF HOLLY

I love the simple white holly leaves against the Crumb Cake background…with a splash of colorful red!

 

 

Stampin’ Details:

• Base is 4-1/4 x 11 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
• The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was sponged along the edges with Crumb Cake Ink.
• Noel from Framed & Festive Stamp Set was stamped with Poppy Parade Ink in the lower left corner.
• Two background holly leaves were cut from Basic White cardstock with the Holly Berry Dies.  Two detail holly leaves were cut from White Glimmer Paper with the Holly Berry Dies and adhered together.  They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• The background berries were cut from Poppy Parade cardstock with the Dies and the detail berries with Red Glimmer Paper.  They were adhered together and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Some white Classic Dots were added in the background.
