Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge we are celebrating the 4th of July holiday in the United States!
FROSTED FOREST
Love this fun patriotic picnic decor! I’m using the new Frosted Forest Bundle (online exclusive) for my card today to show that trees don’t have to be just green!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- Two 3/4 x 5-1/4 pieces of Mediterranean Blooms Designer Paper were blended with Poppy Parade Ink.
- The 3 x 5-1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock was stamped with three trees in Memento Black Ink spaced across the front.
- Using Mask A, the left tree was colored with Poppy Parade Ink and the right tree with Blueberry Bushel Ink using Blending Brushes.
- The colored of Mediterranean Blooms DSP was added to each long side of the Basic White and added to the front of the card.
- Celebrate and the star cluster from the Wanted to Say Dies were cut from Poppy Parade and Blueberry Bushel cardstocks. Celebrate was adhered together, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The stars were cut apart and then added around the trees with Monoadhesive Glue.
- A trio of Rhinestone Jewels were added to the background.
