Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a fun bowl of sewn fabric hearts!
HEARTS OF ELEGANCE
I really like the hand-made look of these sewn hearts! Some designer paper and ruffing up the edges of my cardstock achieved a similar look!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Toadstool Gardens 6×6 Designer Paper was added to the front.
- Two hearts were cut from Marbled Elegance 12×12 DSP using the medium Hearts of Elegance Die.
- Two hearts were cut from Basic Beige cardstock using the medium Hearts of Elegance Die. They were stamped with the Hearts of Elegance greetings in Poppy Parade Ink.
- Each of the edges were roughed up by using my fingernail.
- The top two hearts were adhered to the front and the bottom two hearts were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Two small hearts were cut with the Classic Weddings Die from Basic Beige cardstock and adhered to the striped hearts.
- A trio of Antique Pearls were added in the background.
