Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a colorful abstract!
BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES
I was wondering what direction to go in when I saw the inspiration challenge. I remembered this butterfly “wing” and thought I could make a colorful array of them. This is what I ended up with! Fun and SO easy!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Pumpkin Pie cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- On the 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock, I added the two wings together on a block and then inked them in the rainbow colors of Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Azure Afternoon and Real Red. It was added to the base card.
- A 1 x 5-1/4 strip of Basic White cardstock was stamped with the greeting in Memento Black Ink and added across the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Brushed Brass Butterflies were added next to the greeting.
