Ta da!!!! OK….tell me what you think? This was the "winner" swap to be chosen for my Control Freaks Holiday Mini Swap! Several factors went into the decision to go with this one. Easily demonstratable, but with a little "wow" bling factor. Use of a new stamp set, new designer paper and new accessory (Glimmer Paper) and able to make 30 of them without a lot of aggravation! Now…I must admit something…this Out on a Limb set was a little difficult for me to warm up to and I did these VERY last minute! I am still in mourning about my darling Fang-tastic set not making the catalog this year. Out on the Limb has little images and I'm a "bigger" image girl, I guess! But…now that I've broken the ice, I'll be playing with it more in the weeks before Halloween!
OK…I started with a base card of Basic Gray. I layered on Pumpkin Pie that I ran thru the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder only along the bottom portion. I added a strip of the Pick Your Poison Designer Paper, and then added a strip of Silver Glimmer Paper along the bottom of it. I cut the medallion from the Perfect Pennants Die and punched the Very Vanilla circle to go inside it.
I stamped the Basic Gray branch on the circle. I was glad I purchased this Out as a Limb stamp set as a Clear Mount. I was able to stamp the Black Cat and the Black Crescent Moon at the same time, getting them in the exact same location on the branch for each card. I colored the moon with my So Saffron Marker. The medallion is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals on the front. I stamped Happy Halloween from Delightful Dozen Stamp Set in Basic Black along the top edge of the Designer Paper.
See why I liked this one the best? Hope you do, too! Let me know!

I really like this one also. A lot of fun elements, but not too fussy to put together when you need to make a bunch of them & simple to show others how to make also.
