It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. We have a fun sketch for you to try this week!
CLASSIC WEDDING
We’ve kind of grown past the wedding phase in our family…at least until all the grandkids are grown up! But I knew I could do more with this set than just wedding! It reminds me of my blog banner that I change out according to the season! So, I had fun making this trunk full of pumpkins!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Boho Blue cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 piece of Country Woods Designer Paper was added to the front.
- A 2 x 4 piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock was added across the bottom.
- The car detail from the new Classic Wedding (Online Exclusive) was stamped with Memento Black Ink and the color Boho Blue for the body. The wheels were stamped with Memento Black and the window with stamped off Pool Party Ink. The car was cut with the die.
- The bumper, window frame, tail lights were cut with the dies from Smoky Slate cardstock. Inside the tail lights with Basic White cardstock.
- The banner was stamped with Boho Blue Ink on Basic White cardstock and the inside stamped with Hello Fall from Choose Happy stamp set in Memento Black Ink. It was added to the trunk with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The pumpkins from Choose Happy were stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. They were hand-cut and added to the trunk with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The flowers were cut with the dies from Daffodil Delight Cardstock and the centers colored with Pecan Pie Blends.
- The pennant banner was cut from Basic White cardstock and colored with Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
- A trio of Regal Foiled Adhesive Backed Dots were added to the top right corner.
