Welcome back!  We hope you enjoyed the holidays!  I know I’m ready to get back to a “normal” schedule!  This week our Create with Stamping Friends challenge has some pretty colors!  I haven’t used Azure Afternoon hardly at all, so it was nice to have an opportunity to use that color!

HEARTS OF ELEGANCE

I’ve been gearing up with Valentine tutorials, so this card came together really quickly!

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Petunia Pop cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
• The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was stamped with the Hearts of Elegance greeting in Azure Afternoon.
• The heart was cut with the Hearts of Elegance Die from Unbounded Beauty Designer Paper and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Two flowers from Hearts of Elegance were stamped with Peach Pie Ink on Basic White and two leaves with Azure Afternoon Ink.  They were cut with the Hearts of Elegance Dies and added to the side of the heart with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• A trio of peach Party Dots were added to the background.

Another Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. What a pretty color combination!

HEARTS OF ELEGANCE

I originally thought of flowers but had the Hearts of Elegance Bundle already sitting on my desk from working on our latest Collection, so I went with it!

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
• A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Berry Burst cardstock was added to the front.
• The greeting from Hearts of Elegance stamp set was stamped with Berry Burst Ink at the bottom of a 3-7/8 x 5-1/8 Basic White cardstock layer.  It was added to the front.
• The two leaf hearts were stamped OFF with Berry Burst Ink on Basic White, the leaves with Granny Apple Green Ink.  All were cut with the Hearts of Elegance Dies.
• The embossed/stitched heart was cut from Berry Burst cardstock.  All were assembled on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• An Adhesive Backed Heart Sequin was added to the center of the stitched heart.
