Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. This month the theme is “Sweet” cards. This theme should be lots of fun this month!
WATERCOLOR MELON
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Garden Green cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake cardstock was embossed with the Timber Embossing Folder.
- A 2 x 4-3/4 piece of Most Adored DSP (SAB) was added to the bottom.
- The watermelons from Watercolor Melon (SAB) were stamped with Garden Green and Real Red with Memento Black seeds. The leaves with Lemon Lime Twist.
- I used the Modern Oval Punch to punch out the full size watermelon and the half watermelon. The slice and leaves were hand-cut. All were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- With Love from Country Bouquet was stamped with Real Red Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the banner die. It was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
