By the Bay

The house overlooking the water Sale-A-Bration stamp set, By the Bay, really appeals to me. Maybe because I’ve always wanted to live by the water. It just looks so appealing! I went with a “simple stamping” type card…nothing but stamps, inks and paper. This set just seems to inspire that style!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
On top is a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Soft Suede cardstock.
The By the Bay image was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White, then colored with Stampin’ Blends in Old Olive, Soft Suede, Smoky Slate, Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party and Daffodil Delight. You could use any coloring medium you have!
The greeting in By the Bay was stamped with Memento Black Ink.

I love stamping cards, altering 3D items and making little favors. I've been stamping for over 24 years and just had my 23rd Stampin' Up! anniversary in early May. I love being part of something that sparks my creativity and hear people comment, "you MADE this?" I also enjoy sharing that passion with others in my classes!
