Wow! Can you believe the Create with Connie and Mary New Catalog 2012 Edition is OVER already? Didn't that time go fast? Don't worry, we leave the session up for over a year after it ends…you'll have plenty of time to refer back to the projects we've done during the session. And…it really isn't too late to join! These projects all feature NEW stamp sets in the big catalog…and they will be good ALL YEAR LONG!

I used Stampin' Up!'s Stippled Blossoms stamp set for my sketch challenge card. And, I made my very favorite rose…the Peace rose…Daffodil Delight with a touch of Calypso Coral!
The base of the card is Lucky Limeade. I layered on Whisper White, then a strip of the Daffodil Delight Polka Dots on Parade Designer Paper. On top of that I used two of the patterns in the Tasteful Trim XL Die out of Lucky Limeade…the zig zag and the scalloped pieces. I added the Calypso Coral Designer Label Framelit and stamped Happy Birthday Wishes from Petite Pairs in Always Artichoke on top. The rose was first stamped with Daffodil Delight and then Calypso Coral over top on scrap Whisper White. I did the leaves with Lucky Limeade and Always Artichoke on top. They were cut out and placed with Stampin' Dimensionals on top of the Designer Label framelit. As a final touch, I added a Daffodil Delight button tied with Baker's Twine.
