Hello! It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. It is a very pretty color challenge this week!
ANGELS OF PEACE
At a recent stamping retreat, I borrowed a friend’s Angel of Peace stamp set and created a few different designs with it. This is one of my favorites!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Blushing Bride cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was added on top.
- A 3 x 5-1/4 piece of snowflake Whimsy & Wonder Designer Paper was added to the right side.
- The coordinating 1-1/4 x 4 piece of mint Whimsy & Wonder DSP was added across the center.
- The small Angel of Peace was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with the Light Mint Macaron, Light Polished Pink, Bronze, Ivory Stampin’ Blends. The wings were watercolored with the Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker. It was cut with the Seasonal Labels Dies.
- Some Simply Elegant Silver Trim was wrapped in circles, then added to the DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The angel label was added on top with more Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Tis the Season greeting from Christmas to Remember stamp set was stamped with Polished Pink Ink on Basic White cardstock and hand-cut,, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of pink In Color Jewels were added to the background.
