It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. This week we have a pretty color combination.
LAYERING LEAVES
Love this color combination, but don’t necessarily think leaves. My new Layering Leaves stamp set worked really well for today’s card! I’m still waiting on the punch to be back in stock.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Lost Lagoon cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was stamped with the solid leaves image in Lost Lagoon Ink around the left and bottom sides.
- The open leaves were stamped with Soft Sea Foam Ink in between the Lost Lagoon Ink leaves, then water colored the open areas with Soft Sea Foam Ink and water painters.
- The speckles were stamped and stamped off with Berry Bliss Ink, along with the greeting.
- Some Iridescent Adhesive Backed Disks were added to the background for a little sparkle!
