Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme…this month it is “Flowers”, and we each create a simple card every Tuesday using that theme!
BOTTLED HAPPINESS
The two-step flower images in this set make stamping it a breeze! Don’t you love the new Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party In Colors? I’ve toned the brightness down a bit by adding Blushing Bride to the mix.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Blushing Bride cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White was stamped with the Bottled Happiness flower image in Sweet Sorbet Ink and the two-step leaves with Parakeet Party Ink in opposite corners.
- A 1 x 4 piece of Tea Boutique DSP was added across the center.
- Some In Color Baker’s Twine was wrapped in a large circle, then added to the front with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
- The greeting from Bottled Happiness stamp set was stamped with Sweet Sorbet Ink on Blushing Bride cardstock and cut with the Painted Label Die. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Two Brushed Metallic Butterflies were added to the top right corner.
