Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. This month the theme is “NEW” cards…let’s use some of the new products in the Jan-Apr Mini Catalog and SAB Catalog on our cards!
WONDERFUL EXPRESSIONS
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Lost Lagoon cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White was embossed with the new Layered Florals Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 1 x 4 strip of Flight & Airy Designer Paper (SAB) was cut with a flag end, then added to the front.
- The medallion from the Thoughtful Expressions Dies was cut from Pool Party cardstock and stamped with the Thoughtful Expressions greeting in Lost Lagoon Ink. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The flower was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White and colored with Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly, Lost Lagoon and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends. It was cut with the Thoughtful Expressions Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Iridescent Foil Gems were added to the center of the flowers and medallion.
