Happy New Year’s Eve!  It’s our last Creatively Simple challenge of the year and for our Season’s Greeting theme this month! 

SNOWY WONDER

Of course, we can’t forget about New Year’s!  I love that the stamp set, Snowy Wonder, has a New Year’s greeting in it!  Here’s a quick and easy card idea for you!

 

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Lost Lagoon cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
• A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Snowy Scene Designer Paper was added on top (I love these houses and have been hoarding that print!)
• A 1-1/4 x 4 strip of Poppy Parade cardstock was added to the front.
• The tag from Greetings of the Season Dies was cut from Basic White cardstock and stamped with the Happy New Year greeting from Snowy Wonder stamp set in Poppy Parade ink towards the top.
• The cabin was stamped with Lost Lagoon Ink on scrap Basic White cardstock and cut with the Snowy Wonder Dies.  The windows were colored with Light Daffodil Delight Blends and the door with Dark Poppy Parade Blends.
• Some Real Red & White Baker’s Twine was doubled and tied thru the tag hole into a bow.
• The tag was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Two large Iridescent Faceted Gems were added to the Poppy Parade strip.
