It’s a new month for our Creatively Simple challenges and here is this month’s theme!

OCEAN FRIENDS

This bundle is one of my favorites in the Mini Catalog!  I’ve used a couple of the coordinating DSP patterns on this card.  You could also cut out the lobster with the die to make this card even easier to make…but mine is stamped.

Stampin’ Details:

• The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White c/s, scored at 5-½ and folded
• The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Summer Splash c/s is embossed with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder and added to the base card.
• 1 2-1/2 x 4-1/2 piece of Calypso Coral check Friends of the Ocean DSP is added to the background towards the right side.
• The 1 x 4 Coral multi print DSP is added across the check pattern towards the bottom.
• Cut large and small seaweed with Die from 1-1/2 x 3 Lemon Lime Twist and adhere to the front over the left side of the DSP.
• On 2-1/4 x 3-3/4 Basic White c/s stamp outline of lobster with Calypso Coral Ink, stamp inside with Pumpkin Pie Ink.  Cut with Die and add to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• On 3/4 x 2-1/4 Basic White c/s stamp greeting with Berry Burst Ink, cut end to a point, add to front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Add three Sunny Day Iridescent Dots, 1 small of each color, Summer Splash, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, to the background.
