Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Party Time”! June is our big birthday month around here…now we wait until my grandson’s birthday at the end of August!
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
I think I bought this set JUST for the Make a Wish greeting! This card was super fun to make!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Petunia Pop cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Cute as Can Bee Designer Paper was added to the front.
- The banner from the Birthday Celebration Dies was cut from Lemon Lolly cardstock, the tassels from Lemon Lime Twist and added to the center.
- The coordinating stripe DSP was cut to 1/2 x 3-1/2 and added over the bottom of the banner.
- A 1/2 x 3-1/4 strip of Pool Party cardstock was cut with flag ends and added across the stripe DSP.
- The greeting from Birthday Celebration was stamped with Petunia Pop Ink on Basic White cardstock and punched with the 2″ Circle punch. It was added to the banner with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The little flower was cut with the Die from Petunia Pop cardstock and the leaves from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock and added to the bottom o the circle.
- Some Iridescent Faceted Gems were added to the top of the tassels and the center of the flower.
