Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Patterns”! Stampin’ Up! has fabulous designer paper with patterns so that has been my focus this month.
HOBBY HAVEN
I decided to use Hobby Haven again this week…it is just SO simple to use some of the DSP and a die-cut image or two to make up a quick and simple card!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Petal Pink cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Secret Sea cardstock was added on top.
- A 2-1/2 x 3-5/8 piece of Hobby Haven DSP was added in the top left corner.
- The 1-1/4 x 5 and 1-1/4 x 2-1/2 piece of Garden Green cardstock were embossed with the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder and added to the front, leaving approx. 1/8″ border.
- The circle die-cut was stamped with the Banner Sayings greeting in Secret Sea Ink towards the top and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- One of the Spa die-cuts was trimmed to just use four of the bottles and added under the circle on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Linen Thread was tied in a bow and added next to the bottles.
- A trio of pink Dear Dots were added to the background.
