It’s a last week of September and our last “Fall Flora” theme! We will have a new theme next week for October!
First…I want to say HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to my sweet husband! It has been 47 years since we got married! SO hard to believe! Started out the day with gray clouds and a little rain but it cleared up by the time of the wedding, and it ended up a beautiful day! I’m blessed to have such a great guy by my side through life!
RADIANT SUNFLOWERS
I went with one of my favorites…Radiant Sunflowers Bundle…for my last Fall Flora card! All these pieces were already in my “starts” stash…I had started them for other projects but didn’t end up using them. Since I have all my stamping stamps and dies packed already for my trip to Florida, it came in handy to use them!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pecan Pie cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake was embossed with the Sunflower Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 1-1/4 x 4 piece of striped Radiant Foils DSP was added across the top.
- The circle was punched from Very Vanilla using the 2-3/8 Circle Punch and stamped with the Radiant Sunflowers greeting in Old Olive Ink. It was added flat to the DSP.
- Four leaves were stamped with Basic Black Ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and colored with Peaceful Pine and Old Olive Inks using Blending Brushes. They were cut with the Die.
- The large and small sunflower were cut with the Dies from Daffodil Delight cardstock and brushed with Golden Glow Ink along the edges.
- The large and small centers were cut from Early Espresso cardstock with the dies and brushed with Early Espresso Ink.
- The flowers and leaves were added next to the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A large and small gold Radiant Gems were added to the center of the sunflowers. (I would have added another one under YOU, but they were already packed away!
