Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Hoppy Easter”!
EASTER BASKET
I had made these little rabbits for another card I started but didn’t use them. I finally decided to create a card that does use them!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Shy Shamrock cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/5 layer of Basic White cardstock was added on top.
- The grass was cut three times with the Easter Basket Die and adhered under the 1-1/4 x 5-1/4 strip of Easter Joy DSP, then added to the left side of the Basic White cardstock.
- The stitched squares from Stylish Shapes were cut from Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie and Balmy Blue cardstocks and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The three bunnies were stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Crumb Cake, Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the Die and added to the squares, flat.
- Happy Easter was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 5/8 x 3-1/4 strip of Basic White cardstock and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Three eggs from the Easter Assortment were added to the squares.
