It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Stamping Friends Thursday Challenge. It’s a pretty Color combination this week!

EVERYDAY DETAILS
If you notice, I added Lemon Lolly Ink to some of the stems in the nest because they reminded me of forsythia branches! For several years, I have had an artificial forsythia grapevine wreath on my front door in the spring and every year the birds raid it to build their nests! I finally had to retire it this year because they had picked at it so bad it had bald spots!

Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Lost Lagoon cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 1-1/2 x 4 piece of Lost Lagoon cardstock and 1-1/4 x 4 piece of Lemon Lolly cardstock were added to the front of a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Pecan Pie, then embossed with the Timber Embossing Folder. It was added to the front of the base card.
- The swirl pattern from A Little Latte Designer Paper was cut with the Everyday Details rectangle Die and added to a 2-3/4 x 4 piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting was stamped with Lost Lagoon Ink towards the top.
- The nest was stamped with Pecan Pie Ink on Very Vanilla cardstock, then watercolored with Pecan Pie, Lost Lagoona and Lemon Lolly Inks and Water Painter. It was hand-cut.
- Some Lemon Lolly Baker’s Twine from the Three-Color Pack was looped several times and added to the front with the nest over top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Wink of Stella was added to the eggs.
- Three vanilla Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots were added to the background.

I think this was a fun way to use these colors! OK, go check out what the rest of the Challenge Team did with this challenge over on Create with Stamping Friends.
