It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! We have a slimline card sketch challenge for you to try this week!
FESTIVE FRIENDS
I couldn’t wait until I got to play with my new Festive Friends Stamp set! I love these little holiday friends! I already know I’ll be using the snowman on my Christmas present tags this year! My grandkids will enjoy helping me!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 7 x 8-1/2 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 3-1/2 and folded to make the slimline card.
- A 1-1/2 x 8-1/2 piece of Traditions of Christmas DSP was added down the left side.
- The three figures were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Real Red, Old Olive, Light Pool Party, Light Pecan Pie, Ivory, Dark Pumpkin Pie, and Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends. They were cut out with the Festive Friends Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting was stamped on Old Olive cardstock and cut with the label Festive Friends Die. It was added to a 7/8 x 2-1/2 piece of Real Red cardstock, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some red and green Traditional Sparkling Sequins were added to the background and small gold ones to the label.
