It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! It’s a holiday color combination this week!
FESTIVE FRIENDS
I’m obsessed with this little snowman. I used him on my own Christmas cards this year and still have my tags to make using him! So, here’s one more idea using him with these colors!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Cherry Cobbler cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded to form the base card.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Old Olive cardstock was added on top.
- The 3-3/4 x 5 layer of Pool Party was stamped and stamped off with the tree along the width of the background.
- A 2 x 5 piece of Basic White cardstock was torn across the top. It was stamped with the greeting in Cherry Cobbler Ink and added to the bottom of the Pool Party. Then it was added to the Old Olive layer on front.
- The tree was cut from Old Olive cardstock using the Die and adhere using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The snowman was stamped on Basic White cardstock with Memento Black Ink and colored with Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party Stampin’ Blends with a little Pumpkin Pie for his nose. He was cut with the Festive Friends Die and added next to the tree with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Three sets of snowflakes from the Festive Friends Dies were cut from Basic White cardstock and adhere with Monoadhesive Glue to the background randomly.
- A trio of blue Traditional Sparkling Sequins were added to the snowbank.
