DAHLIA DAYS
Here’s another bundle that I haven’t used much and won’t be in the new catalog, but it really does make pretty cards! I love the large background die, especially used tone-on-tone like this!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Just Jade cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 piece of Just Jade cardstock was cut with the background Detailed Dahlias Die and adhered to the base card.
- The dahlia flower was stamped full strength with Calypso Coral, then stamped off, on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Dies, then added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The leaves were stamped with Pear Pizzazz Ink and cut with the dies. Nice that there are multiples! They were popped up on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting was stamped with Just Jade Ink on Basic White cardstock and cut with the label from Hippo & Friends Dies. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the background for a little bling!
Isn’t that a pretty background? I think so! I’m going to miss that Just Jade color when it officially retires at the beginning of May!

I like the dahlia card but did you use another die for the flower and another set for leaves.
No…the same die sets were used on all.
