Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! This week we have a gorgeous Christmas Tree with bright colors for our inspiration piece! I have one similar with multicolored lights on a white tree in my lower rec room!
DELICATE BAUBLES
I’ve been wanting to do this inlaid pattern on the Delicate Baubles dies for a while! Here was a perfect opportunity since I love the tree shape on this Delicate Bauble Die!
Stampin’ Details:

- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- On top is a 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Soft Sea Foam cardstock.
- A 1-3/4 x 5-1/4 strip of silver stripe Whimsy & Wonder Designer Paper was added towards the left side.
- The solid arabesque shape was cut from Magenta Madness cardstock. The outline arabesque shape was cut from Basic White and Granny Apple Green. The white was glued to the Magenta Madness background.
- I saved the tree pieces from the Granny Apple Green ornament and inlaid them in the tree from the Basic White ornament. (I’ll use the actual ornament on another project!).
- The ornament was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Tis the Season greeting from Christmas to Remember stamp set was stamped with Granny Apple Green Ink on Basic White cardstock, then hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some White Glittered Organdy Ribbon was tied in a bow and added to the top of the ornament with Mini Glue Dots.
- Some Subtle Shimmer Sequins were added to the snowflake centers and the background.
