Happy Monday! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! This week we have a watering can filled with cookies!
FLOWERING RAINBOOTS
Very disappointed that Stampin’ Up! didn’t carry over this darling Flowering Rainboot bundle to the new Annual Catalog! I’ve gotten a LOT of use out of it! So easy to make up a quick card with it!
Stampin’ Details:
-
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-12 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Heart & Home DSP was added on top.
- A 1-1/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock was added to the background, then a 3/4 x 4 added over it, staggered on the front.
- The watering can was stamped with Pumpkin Pie Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with the Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends, then cut with the Rainboots Dies.
- The daisies bunch was stamped twice with Daffodil Delight Ink on Basic White and cut with the dies. The centers were colored with Dark Daffodil Delight and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and cut with the dies.
- The seed packet was stamped with Granny Apple Green Ink on Basic White and cut with the dies.
- The hand-rake was cut with the dies from Smoky Slate cardstock.
- Everything was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White and cut with the Layering Circles Dies, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of yellow In Color Jewels were added to the seed packet and the background.
I really loved the colors in this inspiration piece, so bright and cheerful! OK…check out what Mary did with the Inspiration Monday Challenge over on Create with Connie and Mary!
