Happy Halloween!!! It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge. It’s a fun Halloween print! I’d love to have this in my home! Sadly, I didn’t even get my Halloween decorations out this year…just didn’t have the energy.
SCARY CUTE with ASPEN TREE DIES
Here’s what I did with the inspiration using Scary Cute stamp set and the Aspen Tree Dies.
Stampin’ Details:
-
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Crushed Curry cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic Black cardstock was cut with the Aspen Tree Die, then two of the center trees hand-cut out to leave room for the silhouette.
- The 3-7/8 x 5-1/8 piece of Basic White was colored with Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Inks using the Blender Brushes.
- The Basic Black cut out was adhered over the colored Basic White cardstock with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then added to the front of the base card.
- The bats and silhouette from Scary Cute were stamped with Memento Black Ink in the open space.
- Trick or Treat from Scary Cute was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Crushed Curry cardstock and cut with the Scary Silhouettes Die.
- Grass added at the feet with Light Black Stampin’ Blends.
