It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge. What a fun Christmas Train made out of Gingerbread and candy!!! My grandsons have a train that circles underneath their Christmas tree, and they get excited every year to build it!
SANTA’S DELIVERY
Here’s what I did with the inspiration! Of course, I had to use the Santa’s Delivery Bundle…but mostly the Santa Express Designer Paper!

- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Poppy Parade cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Petal Pink was stamped with the Santa’s Delivery greeting in Memento Black Ink in the lower right corner.
- The background scene panel from Santa Express DSP was cut to 3 x 5-1/4 and layered on 3-1/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Poppy Parade cardstock and added to the base card.
- The wagon filled with presents was cut with the Santa’s Train Dies and added to the background with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The penguin was stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Light Basic Black and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. He was added to the top of the wagon.
- A trio of Polished Dots were added to the background!
