Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a pretty floral mug! So nice and cheerful!
INSPIRING SNAPDRAGONS
I hadn’t used my Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set yet, so pulled it out to use it for this challenge!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pool Party cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 3-3/4 x 5-1/8 layer of Petunia Pop cardstock was placed on an angle on the front.
- The 3-1/2 x 5 layer of Basic White cardstock were inked with the snapdragons in Pool Party Ink and the stems/leaves colored with Garden Green Stampin’ Write Marker before stamping. They were highlighted with Light Summer Splash Stampin’ Blends to darken the one side of the blossoms. The “grass” was stamped with Lemon Lime Twist along the bottom. The dragonfly was inked with Petunia Pop Ink, then the body colored with the Black Stampin’ Write Marker before stamping. The layer was added to the front on the opposite angle.
- The greeting from Inspiring Snapdragons was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 3/4 x 3-1/2 piece of Petunia Pop cardstock and added across the top.
- A trio of Petunia Pop 2024-26 In Color Shimmer Gems were added to the background.
