Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a fall decor scene…wouldn’t this be pretty on a patio or porch?
RUSTIC CRATE
Again I’m using a bundle from the past catalog, Rustic Crate. The pumpkin and sunflower images were perfect to use and seem to pop off the Country Woods Designer Paper.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pumpkin Pie cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic Beige cardstock was embossed with the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 1-1/2 x 5 strip of Pumpkin Pie cardstock was added down the center.
- The 3-1/2 x 3-3/4 piece of Country Woods Designer Paper was added on top, centered.
- The crate from Rustic Crate was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Crumb Cake cardstock and cut with the Die. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The pumpkin/sunflower image from Rustic Crate stamp set was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Basic Beige cardstock (I love the more toned-down look vs. stamping on Basic White.) It was colored with Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Combos and cut with the Rustic Crate Die. It was added to the crate with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The blessed greeting was selectively inked with Early Espresso Ink (or use a marker) and stamped on the 1/2 x 1-1/4 Basic Beige cardstock, then end was cut at an angle and adhered to the crate.
- A trio of copper Neutrals Adhesive Backed Sequins were added to the background.
