PEACEFUL PIER & PRAIRIE GRASS
My first time using this set! I love the little boy fishing…reminds me of my grandkids. But I focused on the fish for this card!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Cloud Cover cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Need for Tweed Designer Paper was added on top.
- The 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 piece of Pecan Pie cardstock was added to the center.
- The 3 x 4-1/4 piece of Basic White cardstock was stamped and stamped off several times along the bottom with the Prairie Grass image in Garden Green Ink. A Blending Brush was used to add Crumb Cake Ink along the bottom and Cloud Cover Ink along the top.
- The fish were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and colored with Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon and and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends (to make the hazel color!) They were hand-cut and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Some Iridescent Faceted Gems were added for “bubbles”
- Happy Birthday from Simply Said stamp set was stamped with Garden Green Ink on 1/2 x 3 Basic White strip, then the end cut at an angle and added to the top left side.
