This week’s Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop theme is a “Color Me Happy”. I’ve always enjoyed coloring, even as a kid!
IN THE MOMENT
Stampin’ Up!’s In The Moment stamp set was a perfect choice for today’s coloring challenge! I love all three of the main images in this set as I can relate to reading, relaxing with a cup of coffee, and relaxing with a glass of wine! lol!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crumb Cake cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Pool Party cardstock was added on top.
- The 2-1/4 x 4 piece of Friendly Hello Designer Paper was added towards the left side with a 3/4 x 3-3/4 strip of Misty Moonight cardstock on top of it.
- A Scallop Contour Rectangle was cut from Basic White cardstock and stamped with the girl in Memento Black Ink. She was colored with Misty Moonlight, Granny Apple Green, Pool Party, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The greeting from Special Moments (a Level 2 SAB free set) was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Granny Apple Green cardstock, then punched with the Double Oval Punch. It was added with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the background of the Scallop Contour Rectangle for a little bling!
