More items added last night!
My Club used Take a Spin and learned how to make this Double Pocket Folder in class last week. Although the Ice Cream Parlor Designer Paper, Quick Accents, Buttons and Ribbon are no longer available, I still thought you would enjoy the concept using Take a Spin stamp set! This photo shows the tags tucked in the Double Pockets.
And here shows the tags pulled out!
I made the Double Pocket Folder out of a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of double-sided Designer paper and added a couple of the Ice Cream Parlor buttons in the lower left corner.
For the Take A Spin tag, I stamped Happy Birthday from Stampin' Up!'s Bring on the Cake stamp set in Pacific Point on the Marina Mist cardstock. I stamped the Take A Spin image on Very Vanilla with Marina Mist Classic Ink, then stamped one segment again with Marina Mist on Marina Mist cardstock and cut out that segment and adhered to the Very Vanilla. It was punched with the 2 1/2 Circle Punch and layered on a 2 3/4 Pumpkin Pie Circle, cut with the Circle Scissors Tool. I added a Pumpkin Pie Glimmer brad in the center of the Spinner. This was layered on a Scallop #2 diecut of Daffodil Delight. When I placed it on the tag, I made sure that the tag still fit down into the pocket with the Scallop Circle hanging over the front.
The back tag, I added a strip of coordinating Designer Paper along the bottom and some of the Quick Accents to decorate. I stamped So Many Candles from Bring on the Cake in Marina Mist on Very Vanilla and punched with the 2 1/2 circle. I used the Crop-A-Dile to punch the hole for the ribbon, added a Jumbo Eyelet, and tied some Linen Thread around to hold in place.
I think this would be a fun card to get for your birthday, don't you?

Connie, this is very cute! I love the bright colors. The pocket folder is so clever! Do you have a pattern for it (that you might share 🙂 ) or is it available somewhere else online? I really like your work.

Haven't created one of these in awhile. I think it's time to bring back that ol' dog. Especially after seeing its' new trick with the Take A Spin set. Very clever use of it, my dear! Thanks for the inspiration!
