Today I decided to play along with The Paper Players. When I went to the website to see their challenge, I saw that they were having their 100th challenge celebration and you could pick ANY of the previous 100 challenges to do! What fun is that? Of course, I had to pick a sketch challenge…those are my favorites. I love how this one is centered on the card, it appeals to my symmetrical side, I guess! lol!
So here is the card, I made. I just HAD to use my Floral Frames Framelit dies! lol! The sketch was perfect for it!
Hardly any stamping on here, so it was quick to put together! The base of the card is Baja Breeze. I added a strip of Patio Party Designer Paper. Then I cut the flower from Primrose Petals, Whisper White and Starfruit Summer. I used my Chevron Folder to emboss the petals. Then I used another of the Floral Frames to cut the petals for the leaves in Garden Green. In the center, I used one of the Dahlia In Color buttons in the Primrose Petals color. Each of the layers is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. I stamped congratulations from Itty Bitty Banners phrases in Primrose Petals and cut with the Bitty Banners framelits. I layered it on more Primrose Petals cardstock and cut a mat around it. Then popped it up on the front!
I hope you enjoy it! This is my brother's anniversary card…again, we're celebrating all June birthdays and events this weekend…so I need to get all my cards made! lol!
