Welcome to Create with Stamping Friends Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Debbie and I will pick a theme for our simple cards. This month the theme is “Foodie”. Cards that have a food type item on them!
BISTRO BURGER
This card reminds me so much of my dad…he loved his burgers! He will be gone three years this month…I miss him!
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Real Red cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake was added on top.
- The 3 x 5-1/4 piece of Flowering Zinnias Designer Paper was added down the center.
- Happy Father’s Day from Bistro Burger was stamped with Memento Black Ink on the bottom of the DSP.
- The Basic White cardstock was cut with the Deckled Circles Die and stamped with the burger in Memento Black Ink.
- It was colored with Crumb Cake, Lemon Lime Twist, Old Olive, Real Red, and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
- The two pickles were stamped on scrap Basic White with Memento Black Ink and colored with Lemon Lime Twist and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends, then cut with the Bistro Burger Dies and added to the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The toothpick was cut from Crumb Cake cardstock and the flag from Crushed Curry cardstock with the Bistro Burger Dies.
- A hole was pierced at the top of the burger and the toothpick pushed down behind the circle.
- An Adhesive Backed Swirl Dot was added to the flag.
