Our Creatively Simple theme this month is “Let’s Get Punchy”!
KEEPING TABS PUNCH
Here’s another way to use one of the basic punches…Keeping Tabs…for a border! I like how this turned out! This card was so quick to pull together…the two-step stamping on the flowers/leaves makes it easy!
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Basic White cardstock was added on top.
- One half of the Keeping Tabs Punch was used to punch the 2026-28 In Color Painted Patterns DSP four times. They were adhered under the 1/2 x 5-1/4 strip of Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock, then added to the front.
- Happy Birthday from Scalloped Blooms stamp set was stamped with Basic Black Hybrid Ink.
- Two large flower outlines were stamped with Basic Black Hybrid Ink on Basic White cardstock and the insides with Crisp Cantaloupe Ink, the leaves with Basic Black Hybrid Ink outline and Peaceful Pine Ink insides, two small flowers with Basic Black Hybrid Ink outline and Golden Glow insides. The centers were colored with Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin’ Blends. They were cut with the Boutique Blooms Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Small and large 2026-28 In Color Butterflies were added in the upper right corner.
