It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. Who doesn’t love yellow and blue together? I have always wanted a blue and yellow bedroom! Maybe it is time to redecorate? lol!
BREWED FOR YOU
As luck would have it, a recent swap card I did for the new preorder of the Annual Catalog, uses these colors! I did add in a neutral Sahara Sand, but that is permitted, right? I haven’t used the new In Color, Starry Night, very much, so featured it along with Crushed Curry for my card.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Starry Sky cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 2-1/2 x 5 piece of Crushed Curry cardstock was stamped randomly with the beer mug in Brewed For You with Crushed Curry Ink.
- A 2-1/4 x 4 piece of He’s The Man Designer Paper was added on top.
- The Stylish Shapes Square was cut from Sahara Sand and stamped with the greeting from Brewed For You in Starry Sky Ink in the upper left corner. It was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The mug was stamped with Early Espresso Ink on Basic White cardstock, and the beer liquid with Crushed Curry Ink. The foam was stamped with Crushed Curry Ink. Both were cut with the Brewed Dies and added to the square with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The banner die from Stylish Shapes was cut from Starry Sky cardstock, then cut in half and added to the Sahara Sand square.
- A yellow Glossy Dot was placed in the center of the banner.
