Welcome to Create with Connie and Mary’s Creatively Simple Challenge! Each month Mary and I will pick a theme. This month the theme is Welcome! We will design our cards using this theme of NEW Annual Catalog products!
CRAFTING WITH YOU
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Thick Basic White cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Azure Afternoon is embossed with the crosshatch Basics 3D Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 2 x 4-1/2 piece of In Color 6×6 Pattern DSP was cut in a banner at the bottom and added to the front.
- The 3/4 x 2-3/4 piece of Melon Mambo cardstock was added across the banner.
- The hoop was cut from Smoky Slate and Basic White cardstocks. The outside Smoky Slate hoop was added to the front. The center Basic White was stamped with the greeting in Azure Afternoon Ink. It was added inside the hoop with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The flowers were colored on the image with Melon Mambo, Azure Afternoon and Parakeet Party Stampin’ Write Markers, then stamped on Basic White cardstock and cut with the Crafting with You Dies. They were added to the hoop with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The heart was cut with the Dies from Melon Mambo cardstock and adhered on front.
- Some Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the flower centers and the Melon Mambo strip for some added bling.
- The silver Simply Elegant Trim was tied in a bow and added to the top of the hoop with a Mini Glue Dot.
