Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a colorful art print!
SIMPLY SAID
With I was a kid…nothing was better than a fresh new box of colored pencils or crayons. I could color for hours! Well, not much has changed. I STILL love new coloring tools! And I LOVE the bright colors in the Full of Life 6×6 Designer Paper Pack!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Basic Black cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The Full of Life Designer Paper was cut to 3 x 5-1/2 in the center of the pattern (which leaves 2 cool side pieces I can use on something else!)
- Loop the black Neutrals Baker’s Twine several times around hand and add to front with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
- I used the baby wipe technique with Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Blueberry Bushel and Pumpkin Pie Ink Refills, then inked up my Simply Said Image and stamped on Basic White cardstock. It was cut with the label die from Unbounded Love Dies. (NOTE: rub an eraser across your stamp several times before inking to get the best absorption of ink on the rubber.)
- Add label to front with Stampin’ Dimensionals over the twine.
- A trio of black Sparkle Gems were added to the background.
