HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!
It’s time for our Create with Connie and Mary Inspiration Monday challenge! Wow! June is over and now we are in July! In the US, there is a huge celebration for the 4th of July holiday! Our inspiration photo featuring this cute patriotic gnome just fits right in!
Of course, Stampin’ Up! just introduced the July-December Mini Catalog and Kindest Gnome Bundle worked great all done up in red, white, and blue!

- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Orchid Oasis cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Crumb Cake was embossed with the Timber Embossing Folder and added to the front.
- A 1/4 x 4 piece of Sweet Sorbet striped In Colors DSP was added to the bottom of the Crumb Cake, then a 1 x 4 piece of the Orchid Oasis plaid DSP added above it.
- The gnome hat was cut with the Gnome Die from In Color polka dot DSP, the feet from the Sweet Sorbet stripe DSP. The beard was cut from Basic White cardstock. They were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The star was punched from new White Glimmer Paper with the Starlit Punch and added to the hat with a Mini Glue Dot.
- The greeting was stamped on a 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 piece of Basic White with Sweet Sorbet Ink and cut with a flag end.
- A 1 x 1 piece of Sweet Sorbet was adhered to the Basic White greeting and cut with a flag end.
- A 1/4 x 1 piece of Orchid Oasis cardstock was cut with a flag end and added under the Sweet Sorbet. All were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Iridescent Rhinestones were added to the background!
