Welcome to our Create with Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration is a bunch of pears!

PERFECTLY PEARS

I was trying to mimic a white pear and thought this Lemon Lolly pear was pretty close in color!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Lemon Lolly cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
A 1 x 5-1/4 strip of Flirty Flamingo cardstock was added down the center.
The 3 x 4-1/4 piece of Painterly Pears DSP was added to the center.
Another 1 x 5 piece of Secret Sea cardstock was added over the DSP towards the left side.
The pear outline was stamped with Old Olive Ink on Lemon Lolly cardstock. The solid pear was brushed with Old Olive Ink using a Blending Brush only on the one side.
Some Flirty Flamingo speckles were added to the same side. It was cut with the die and added to the center with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The leaf and stem were stamped with Old Olive Ink on Old Olive cardstock and filled with stamped off Old Olive Ink. It was cut with the die and added on top of the pear with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Some Old Olive/Gold Ribbon was placed under the pear using Mini Glue Dots.
Thank you was stamped with Old Olive in on Basic White cardstock and cut with the label die, then added to the front.
The flower cluster was cut with the die from Flirty Flamingo cardstock and cut apart into single blossoms. They were adhered to the background.
Three small yellow Low Profile Sparkle Dots were added to the flower centers.

It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! For each Thursday in July, we pick a different sample from Stampin’ Up’s! Annual Catalog to use as our inspiration. We are not copying the card but using it to inspire our creation…maybe we use the same set or the colors or the layout or some combination of all the above…it is fun seeing where the inspiration piece will take each of the designers! Here’s this week’s inspiration:

PERFECTLY PEARS

I knew I didn’t want to use flowers to recreate this card, but I love the layout! Hmmm, Perfectly Pears to the rescue!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Lemon Lolly cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Painterly Pears Designer Paper was added to the top.
The Party Banner was cut from Lemon Lolly cardstock and added to the front.
Two pears from Perfectly Pears stamp set were stamped with Memento Black Ink outlines and Lemon Lime Twist brushed with Old Olive Ink for the insides. They were speckled with Cajun Craze Ink and cut with the dies.
The leaves were stamped with Memento Black Ink and Old Olive Ink for the insides, then cut with the dies.
The pears and leaves/stems were added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Two flower clusters were stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Light Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends. The centers were stamped with Cajun Craze Ink. They were cut with the dies and added to the front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The greenery vine was cut from Old Olive cardstock and added to the bottom of the banner.
Celebrate from Thoughtful Moments Dies/Embossing Folder was added to the front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of green Low Profile Sparkle Dots were added to the background.

It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! Another fun sketch for you to try this week!

PERFECTLY PEARS

Yep…I know…my third week that I’ve used this bundle. But it is SO much fun and easy to work with! I especially love this little pair of pears! lol!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Basic Beige cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
A 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Old Olive is added on top.
The 2 x 4 pear Painterly Pears DSP is added down the center.
The coordinating leaf Painterly Pears DSP is added across the center towards the bottom.
A 3/8 x 5 strip of Timid Tiger cardstock was added over the leaf print towards the bottom.
The pears were stamped on Basic White cardstock with Memento Black Ink. The center of the pears were colored with Daffodil Delight Ink, then Cajun Craze Ink was added along one side with a small Blending Brush.
The leaves were colored with Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Combo.
It was cut with the Spotlight on Nature circle, then added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Hello was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 3/8 x 1 piece of Timid Tiger cardstock and added next to the circle with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.
A trio of Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Dots were added to the background.

It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! We have a pretty color combo challenge this week!

PERFECTLY PEARS

I still have my Perfectly Pears Bundle sitting out on my desk…I can’t seem to put it down! Here’s another card using it with this color challenge! I admit that I never would have put these three colors together by myself!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Cloud Cover cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 to form the base card.
A 4 x 5-1/4 panel of Timeless Plaid DSP was added to the front.
Next a 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 piece of Cajun Craze cardstock was added at an angle on the front.
The two pears outlines and flowers were stamped on Petal Pink cardstock with Memento Black Ink and then the pear insides and flower centers with Cajun Craze Ink.
The two leaf stem outlines were stamped on Basic White cardstock with Memento Black Ink and the solid insides with Cloud Cover Ink.
All were cut with the Dies.
The leaf branch was cut with thes Die from Cloud Cover cardstock and the long label from Petal Pink cardstock. Thank you was stamped with Cajun Craze Ink.
Everything was added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of 2025-27 In Color Flat Pearls were added to the background.

It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! It’s a fun sketch this week!

PERFECTLY PEARS

Yes! I’m finally using my new stamp set, Perfectly Pears, that I won at the spin-the-wheel on the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip! I love that there is an entire suite of products for this…and the rest of my Suite just came, and I couldn’t wait to get started!

Stampin’ Details:

The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Basic Beige cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 to form the base card.
A 2 x 5 piece of Painterly Pears DSP was added to the left side.
Another 2-1/2 x 4-1/4 coordinating Painterly Pears DSP was added on top.
A 3/4 x 3-1/2 strip of Flirty Flamingo cardstock was added across the front.
Hello was stamped with Memento Black Ink on 1/2 x 2 strip of Basic White and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The large pear and flowers were stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White. The inside pear with Darling Duckling Ink and speckled with Flirty Flamingo Ink. The flower centers were stamped with Flirty Flamingo Ink. Some Darling Duckling Ink was brushed on the edges of the flowers. All were cut with the Perfectly Pears Dies and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The outline leaves were stamped full strength with Old Olive Ink and the insides with stamped off Old Olive Ink. It was cut with the Dies and added to the top of the pear with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A trio of yellow Low Profile Sparkle Dots were added to the background.
