This is our Preview Week on the site! From January 3rd- January 9th the site will be open for everyone to view. For this week only, you will get to see the sort of projects and challenges that we will feature on the site.
On Sunday January 10th you will only be able to view the new daily posts if you are a subscriber.
The Occasions Edition site will run from January 3 – March 6. Each week we will focus on a different collection of products that can be found in the Occasions Mini Catalog or Sale-A-Bration brochure. Our goal is to show you some new and unique ways to use Stampin' Up!'s fabulous products. Every day there will be a new project posted and each week there will be at least two tutorials available for you to download. Our exclusive projects will include cards, scrapbook pages and 3D items, the quick and easy ones and the more complex larger projects.
And this session we are proud to announce the addition of three Guest Designers! Mary Brown joins us as Senior Guest Designer, along with Kerin Sylvester and Monika Davis as Guest Designers! They will be sharing in the Challenges and creating some special projects for you, too!

Here's a sneak peek of a Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration set, Happy Moments, coming out on TUESDAY, January 5! It has some FUN images in it…my favorite is the birdcage. However, the Birthday Cake filled my requirement today. I wanted to do the sketch from Card Positioning Systems.

Today's Stamping 411 sketch challenge had me stumped for a little while…didn't quite know how I'd get 4 elements along the left side. But, I was happy with how my card turned out!

The Bloggers Challenge theme this week is Celebrations! And, New Year's is a wonderful time to celebrate! I wanted to use something that indicated a the new 2010 year, so I pulled out Stampin' Up's Alphabet Simple Numbers Bigz dies! I've used the letters before, but not the numbers…I love them! Can you see how sparkly the numbers are?.jpg)
I started with a base card of Melon Mambo Cardstock. I layered on Very Vanilla card stock that I ran thru the Big Shot with the Elegant Bouquet Impressions Folder. I highlighted the center of the flowers with the Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Marker.

Well, I normally don't like to give out too many hints about the new mini before it actually is available, but the Occasions Minis and Sale-A-Bration brochures are just now hitting mailboxes! I think they were delayed in the postal system because of the holidays. Hopefully my customers will start seeing their copies arrive in a couple days. I sent one to myself, too, so I'll know when they get them..png)
