It’s Thursday and time for our Create with Stamping Friends challenge! This week is a fun sketch!
FRAMED SCENES
Framed Scenes is an Online Exclusive that I picked up because of the lighthouse and treehouse images! I also thought it would make nice masculine cards! The images are small enough that they are easy to color.
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Basic Beige cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Pecan Pie was embossed with the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder and then brushed across the top with Crumb Cake Ink to hit the tops of the ridges. It was added to the front.
- A 1-1/2 x 4 piece of Woven Textures Designer Paper was added towards the top.
- The frame from Framed Scenes Dies was cut from Crumb Cake and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The treehouse was stamped with Memento Black Ink on Basic White cardstock and punched with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. It was colored with Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green, Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, Real Red and Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends. The circle was added over the frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The Simply Said greeting was stamped with Memento Black Ink on a 1/2 x 3 strip of Basic Beige and added to the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Beige Neutral Matte Dots were added to the background.
