Hello! It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. Here’s another sketch challenge for you to try!
ARTISTICALLY INKED BUNDLE
I knew I wanted some designer paper in the background…but which one to use? I finally pulled out the Expressions in Ink Designer Paper for my card and the Artistically Inked Bundle!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 4-1/4 x 11 Pale Papaya cardstock, scored at 5-1/2 and folded.
- A 2-3/4 x 5 piece of Expressions in Ink DSP to the background.
- A 2-3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of Basic White was added on top.
- A 3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of the green print in Expressions in Ink DSP was added across the top with a 1/2 x 3-1/4 gold metallic striped DSP on top.
- The greeting was stamped with Cajun Craze Ink on 1/2 x 3 piece of Basic White and added to the strips with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The large flower was inked with Pale Papaya and sponged with Cajun Craze along the edges TWICE on Basic White c/s. The inside flower inked the same way. The center inked with stamped off Cajun Craze Ink and dots with full strength Cajun Craze Ink. The leaves with Pear Pizzazz Ink with sponged on Old Olive Ink. All were cut with the dies and assembled on the front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- I bent up the edges of the flower and leaves for some more dimension.
