It’s Thursday and you know that means it is time for a Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge. This week we have a fun sketch for you to try.
AUTUMN LEAVES
The All About Autumn Designer Paper has been on backorder for a while, so time to get creative with other DSP that IS available! Love this ticking pattern DSP…can you guess what DSP package it is from? Stamping on it gave me the fall look I was wanting!
Stampin’ Details:
- The base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Pumpkin Pie cardstock, scored at 4-1/4 and folded.
- The 4 x 5-1/4 layer of Pebbled Path c/s is embossed with the Falling Leaf Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive).
- A 3 x 3 piece of Let’s Go Fishing DSP is added as a diamond shape in the center.
- The DSP was stamped with “rock and roll” leaves inked with Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie for a two-tone look randomly in the background. Two extra sets of leaves were stamped the same on scrap Very Vanilla and cut with the Autumn Leaves Die.
- The 3/8 x 3-1/2 strip of Pumpkin Pie is cut with the Autumn Leaves die for a cool stitched look.
- The greeting was stamped with Pebbled Path Ink on Very Vanilla cardstock, then cut with the label Autumn Leaves Die.
- The strip was adhered to the front with the label with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- A trio of Crumb Cake Speckled Dots were added to the leaf, label and background.
